On Saturday, August 11th we finally arrived in St. Louis. It was so great to hug and kiss Andy and Becky hello! We parked our RV the first night at a Walmart parking lot. The lady at the campsite had told us we could park at the campsite even though the office would be closed. But when we went there, we didn't know which campsite was ours, so Walmart welcomed us!!! We spent a couple of nights with Andy and Becky at their house until we could get squared away at our campground.
Here's a pic of our "bedroom"! We got in town in time to go to their church Saturday night. We really enjoy worshipping there with them. The church is called Windsor Crossing and is where they got married last December.
On Tuesday, the 14th, Andy and Becky took us out to eat at a really good steakhouse called Pepperstone Steakhouse to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary. It seems like yesterday that I was dating that boy! Wow, does time fly! The food and company was soooo good! Thanks guys for thinking of us!!
